Some photos from our one day in Portugal:

It started out in the National photography museum, which is actually a converted prison, and is a phenomenal piece of architecture that is very well preserved. I wish I had taken better photos so you could see:

The streets are fun to wander, and exhibit a lot of color and culture:

The Museo do Carro Electrico allows one to see the history of trolleybuses:

and a ticket comes with a 4-hour ride on one of these:
The alley ways are quaint:

Yet laundry is a common sight everywhere, giving the city an old and residential feel:

And the weather was gorgeous on day 2:
